Tony Van Hoozer

President and Owner of ADFS, Tony Van Hoozer has 45 years of expertise in hardware and metal forming sales, marketing, and application engineering. Tony is a former President, Owner and VP of Sales & Marketing for several other distribution and manufacturing companies. Tony’s success is the result of meeting customer’s needs, exceeding their expectations of service and precision. He continues to lead in the industry through ADFS, a 21st century manufacturer’s agency focusing on excellent customer care. When he is not in the field or the office, Tony spends time with his wife and grandchildren, and stays active golfing with friends, spinning, and biking. Always interested in the latest technology, Tony is learning to fly drones.

As Chief Operating Officer of ADFS, Kristi Bettner brings 20+ years of experience in corporate management and development. Kristi has had success in serving customers in a variety of industries including logistics, automotive, medical, publishing, non-profits, and entertainment. Her attention to detail and organization benefits the customer experience at ADFS and will assure that accounts receive the service they deserve. Kristi is always open to contact and feedback to improve our service to you. When she is not in the ADFS office, she spends time with her 3 teenagers and husband in the beautiful outdoors of central Indiana.

As an Executive Consultant to ADFS, Ty Whitacre has 30+ years of experience in advising Presidents, Senior Officers and Business Owners on Business Development, New Product Release, Market Assessment and Global Sales Restructuring. His expertise includes business process improvements, sales productivity development, corporate sales restructure and business process improvements. He has specific skills in evaluation, training and transfer of acquired companies into an existing corporation, holding company or private investment group setting. One of Mr. Whitacre’s major innovations has been development of a phased business development process that provides highly predictable results. He has functioned as business director for the Midland Group, a business transfer consortium. Prior to working as a consultant, Mr. Whitacre held executive level leadership positions in numerous industries including manufacturing, distribution, research/development and corporate/business services.
